What do you eat when you have a depression or feel sad and lonely?
Do you pig out?
Try to eat healthy?
Cook some special dish to cheer you up?
Or do the bare minimum to sustain your body for another day?

Pic-related is what I'm having as lunch/dinner today. Olive oil, havarti cheese and the cheapest sliced ham I could get my hands on in half a loave of fresh bread of the day. I'm gonna down it with normal coke like the pig I am while shitposting on 4chan.

Also what are you having as lunch/dinner this Friday night /ck/?

Dry?

Yep. I didn’t have milk or anything, since i usually end up binging if i have tasty things at home. Turns out i’m perfectly capable of binging on dry oats as well, lol. They’re not that bad, to be honest, but i’m feeling bloated enough to be worried now, so it definitely wasn’t worth it.

>eating plain dry oats
you're either gonna take the biggest shit of your life tomorrow, or be constipated for a week
>>
ham, cheese, butter, on fresh loaf of bread
thats fancy french or english stuff

ive been microwaving cornmeal in 1:4 ratio with water and salt. give it a stir halfway.
add whatever sweet or savory to make it tasty mush.
butter, cream, jam, or syrup - just a cornmeal porridge.
eggs with runny yolk?

>cornmeal porridge.
that sounds like grits
>>

if flavoring hydrated corn mush is grits, then i guess its grits

I’ll accept any punishment for my crimes. At the very least i feel more clear-headed now than before eating that much

Most often pizza. Was working a stressful job and one of the things that got me through the week was looking forward to the Friday night pizza feast

When you have quality ingredients, there is nothing sad about a ham and cheese sandwich.

I guess in America you have to go wild with addition items and sauces to give it any flavour?
>>
>>21662761
that looks quite delicious. If I'm really being a sook I'll just eat a couple slices of plain bread.
>>
Usually I just dump some deenz on rice. Drink milk too

If you actually want to heal your depression, you gotta clear out your intestines. To do this eat papaya, pineapple or kiwi fruit, as often as possible. Natto also works but that can be more difficult to find.

It's actually basic bitch Spanish stuff.

When having a genuine depressive episode? A can of black-eyed peas with green beans. Toss in some salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika. Something about the texture and warming taste are comfortable, even if I don't want to eat.

Cheer up bro it looks pretty good
>>
>>21663829
does this really work? what about if I just take loads of laxatives, could that also work?
>>
>>21662761
Ill just eat granola straight out of the box, or if I can be bothered at all some microwave rice, a tin of tuna and some bbq sauce.

This resonates with me. If I havent pooped for a day or two my outlook on life gets very dark. I wish I could completely empty my bowels like clockwork at 6:30am every morning.

I don't really get sad or lonely since I have a pretty nice life and family. Maybe try improving your life instead of binge eating?

it takes a long time to build a life, chances are OP will require food before getting everything in life aligned satisfactorily.
