I'm pretty certain you can make brigadeiro out of it. Or you can try thinning it a bit and cooking it with rice flour and spices, to make that SEA-style caramel candy. Or, if you want a no-heat thing, you can continuously add cocoa powder and knead until it turns into a putty consistency.
