i got a liter of condensed coconut milk here.
i got it for free but i thought it'd just be thick coconut milk, not this sugary mess.
anything pastry related possible?

Is it thick or watery? Use it for frosting.

Jelly cake
>Crush or process a pack of biscuits and add melted butter
>Press into a tin
>Spread over condensed coconut milk
>Make up your favourite flavour jelly
>Allow it cool then pour over top
>Put in the fridge and let it set
Make sure the biscuit base and condensed milk are sealed up on the sides to keep the jelly from seeping down.

When referring to milk and milk-adjacent products, "condensed" generally means sweetened. Unsweetened versions are usually called "evaporated".

I'm pretty certain you can make brigadeiro out of it. Or you can try thinning it a bit and cooking it with rice flour and spices, to make that SEA-style caramel candy. Or, if you want a no-heat thing, you can continuously add cocoa powder and knead until it turns into a putty consistency.
