You can just poke a fork into a potato a few times for vent holes, then just throw it in the microwave on high for five minutes. Add some salsa or hot sauce and cheese, and you got a great meal. If you're really hungry just nuke two potatoes.

keeping the potato whole with the skin on will make it more satiating since you'll have to chew more. cabbage soup would be cheap and bulky, it's often used in dieting.

sometimes i feel more satisfied just having a sweet beverage though. milk with some kind of sweetener or lemonade are what i want more than food sometimes.

this
keep a load done and in the fridge for easy future uses
soups easy as can be
even easier if you just start adding taters and whatever else is interesting or about to turn, in some condensed mushroom soup

I see some fatties and think they must be fucking rich. they don't look it though

This is it right here. A 1 lb. box of pasta is $1. Cheaper in bulk. Add some cheap ass sauces or just butter and cheese. Margarine if you're really poor and have a shitty sense of value.

This too. Biscuits are dense and filling and cheap.

Really, OP you should try to lose weight and have a smaller appetite both by cutting carbs. I was fat as fuck and eating all the time. Now I eat like a king just meats and eggs and salads and cheese and stuff and I hardly ever get hungry outside of meals. Even if you're poor you can easily do this on chicken legs and thighs, eggs, pork chops, liver. Cheap meats. But pack on more pounds with cheap starches if you like. Because that appetite is just going to increase exponentially until you're too large.

Potato leek soup. Light, filling, and you can add whatever you want to base soup. It's also fairly low calorie compared to normal slop.do what Julia child says as the charming "peasant" way of cooking it where you just lightly mash the potatoes into the vegetable broth.

Warning: do not make this if you're diabetic. The mashed potatoes will spike your blood sugar like little sugar death pills.

It's not the monstrous fatty that makes this feel like it was made by someone mentally ill. It's that every other word is emphasized in bold text.

Eat produce. It's cheaper and full of fiber.

Also, get some exercise.

Cans of stew or beans and knock ‘em back like a 12 oz beverage

He's been on a health quest for a few months now. He is goin to lose enough weight to where he can stagedive and crowdsurf without breaking the necks of his little faggy fans. He also quit the purple stuff but he still does mushrooms.

here's a good recipe
>heat olive oil to medium-high
>drop smashed garlic and red pepper flakes into the oil and watch them sizzle, making sure they dont burn (optionally add oregano, italian seasoning, onions, or whatever else along with the garlic/red pepper)
>add a tablespoon of tomato paste and stir/cook the tomato paste for a minute or two
>after a minute or two pour in a big can of pureed tomatos (or multiple normal cans)
>cook the sauce for a while
>salt/pepper to taste, optionally add butter/basil towards the end

>my other pot filled with water is boiling at this point, cook whatever kind of pasta i want
I saw a cheese ravioli sale at the grocery store the other day and made that sauce with ravioli. Has to be my favorite sauce.

If you want to gain weight or do a lot of physical labor: each much starchy carbs, i.e. potatoes, rice, pasta, etc.
If you want to eat a lot and try to lose weight or is very sedentary: eat much veggies ("b-but they taste bad": tough shit), bags of frozen broccoli, bell peppers, cauliflower, etc.

Drop all carbs and eat only lean protein and a couple tablespoons of butter.
