Skillet-fry, or grilled?Which is the way?
Whatever method BK uses. Can’t beat that smoke flavor
>>21666790microwave
Skillet for thick burgers with lots of crust.
Big Dave is rolling in his grave now, wendys fucking sucks. Stale buns are common, stock price plummeted shredded shit lettuce, most locations are aged
>>21666719skillet
>>21666803dave thomas died in 02, he was well aware of how dogshit wendys was and the path they were going downhe was also aware of the millions of dollars what he built was worth and how he secured a life of luxury for anyone directly related to him
>>21667615It wasn’t that bad around that time
>>21667615Wendy's is still better than the cuisine of every non-American country, but that's a low bar.
>>21667630Had the worst burger of my life in Sweden. Why can't thirdies into grills?
>>21666719Both. In n out and McDonald’s for flat top, Burger King and Carl’s Jr for charbroiled.
well?
>>21667835depends what kind of burger you want that day.
>>21667835im still leaning smash in 2025 ngl

>>21666803Same for Papa John's>>21667615>he secured a life of luxury for anyone directly related to himWendy?
>>21667835that's not even smash
>>21666719GrilledFlattopSkilletIn that order
>>21666719used to be charcoal for me, but the charcoal now costs more than the ingredients for the burger.
>>21666719Has any company ever done better quality wise after the death of its founder?
>>21669754here's what I do with a gas grill to get smokey flavor, maybe you would like to try it. Get yourself an empty can (I used an empty 16 oz can) and drill some holes in it, fill it with charcoal or some kind of smoking wood, put it in one of the corners next to where the gas flame comes out and then preheat your grill, you'll be getting plenty of smoke flavor while cooking. Get the charcoal taste with 4-6 briquettes instead of a bag.
>>21669772also the benefit to this is that you can cook immediately instead of having to wait half an hour for the coals to get hot before you can cook.
>>21666802this anon knows
>>21666719Grilled whenever I can get it of course. I can cook a burger in a pan at home. Firing up a grill outside is a pain in the ass for me, and not worth the effort for a burger. All fast food burgers are overpriced now and I refuse to spend my money on them. But if I had to choose I'd go with BK for that grilled flavor and the fact that the Whopper comes with all the stuff I want on a burger.
>>21666719Me, I prefer steamed. Ever been to Ted's in Meriden, CT?
>>21670232Admittedly they're not for everyone but I happen to love the taste and would recommend you try it at least once.
>>21666790i "worked" there for 2 days. Just enuff to do the computer training to get paid to pay a bill. They use a convayer belt broiler. totally hands off on the cooking
>>21666719Skilllet.
>>21670234How is the taste different? I imagine it's like a texture appeal thing right? It looks meatloafy
>>21667835A smash burger is where the patty is kished and it makes the patty less uniform, more dry and crumbly around the rim, almost deep fried crunchy. I DO NOT like smash burger Patty's, but I 1000% prefer the uniform burgers to be "compressed' for ease of bite reasons.
