I almost ordered pizza like a fucking idiot before realizing I have all the stuff, why not do it myself? Faster, cheaper, and negligibly better than from a pizzeria. Though this will be a simple dough.
Yeast, honey and water to start.
8 to 10 minutes of strenuous kneading later...
I grabbed this at the store last. Can't wait to try it.
moar
Got some good stretching going on. I can see the light.
Almost there.
Round enough... not too many major holes. I'm not going to do the whole rising thing today because I'm trying to make this entire pizza faster than they could make and deliver me one.
toppings?
I'm sure to catch some shit for something in this image. Don't care. The pizza will be hot and tasty and not a single one of you would decline a slice.
>>21667930Hold your horses.
This will do.
>prego:/
Too lazy to grate the cheese. Doesn't matter.
Oven's hot.
Pepperoni, mushrooms, and red onion. Keeping it simple.
Probably won't even eat the other half of the dough. I don't do a lot of carbs and flour is cheap.
It was supposed to be shrimp before I decided on pizza. This will keep until tomorrow.
>>21667945Looking real good so far
Picked up some herbs earlier.
This one is 29% thc
And the pizza is done. Just the way I like it.
Time to eat.Thanks for watching.
>>21667957You overcooked it>I know, I'll tell them it's just the way I like itGood effort though
>>21667966If you say so. I checked it twice before getting it as dark as I like. But you'd know better than me, because YOU like your pizza less done.
>>21667957Looks glorious OP>>21667966Nah it's just on the edge of burning. That's how I like my pizza too. You gotta watch it closely and get it out fast
howd you burn the fucker a 425? ah, well, looks pretty good for something last minute. maybe could have swapped the prego out for tomato paste and pre cooked the mushrooms
>>21667975Ew, no.

pizza, pizza
>>21667957no way this pizza is cooked on the bottom with 3tons of toppings
>>21668089It was like 5mm thick. It was almost crispy on the bottom. That 15" pizza came from half of the dough ball. It was incredibly thin. The toppings weren't heavy at all besides the cheese. Look at how everything shriveled up.

Based thread. Not enough sauce thoughever
>>21667957next time parbake the crust before you do anything else. then you only need a short burst of high heat to melt the cheese.
i threw pizza dough on the bbq grill this summer first time, didnt fuck up the grill at all and the pizza was edible! oil, sear one side, it just gets a little bit of grooves, can take shape to flip in very few mins, then rush to dress the topside of the pizza as flip cooking. havent perfected the technique but was fun to try.
>>21667916>Faster, cheaper, and negligibly better than from a pizzeriafaster? no. I can get a pizza in 20 minutes.Cheaper? not at all.better? sure, maybe.
>>21667932>hormel pepperoniI unironically would decline anon
>>21667916Homemade is superior. I drown my pan in olive oil for that tasty golden crust
OP here. I'm going to combine the leftover dough with that shrimp and make shrimp pizza. Stay tuned.
> no rise> honey in dough > knead for 8 mins only to rolling pin it> burntwhat the fuck am i looking at?
>>21668780What kind of pepperoni would you prefer?

>>21667957This looks like shit>>21667954oh, no wonder
Just my 2 cents from making pizza.Try out a couple recipes for dough, a good dough and you can put anything on it and it will turn out good. Learn to make pizza sauce from tomato paste, it’s cheaper are tastier than that crap in a jar. To cut the price down more, slice some kielbasa thin instead of pepperoni. I agree grating cheese almost too much effort, but it does stretch your money further. My go to is kielbasa and pickled jalapeños, and it costs me about 3-4$ per pizza. You can also freeze the excess dough, it might not turn out the same, but you can add extra yeast next batch, and it will freeze great. Looks good though
Pizzafags have parasites. The human body is not designed to digest gluten, yeast, and an ungodly fuckton of carbs. Only someone with a digestive system full of worms could process such slop.I suggest everyone in this thread go keto and start a regimen of ivermectin immediately.
>>21673464I don't eat a lot of carbs, says so in the thread. Last week I made almond flour pizza.
>>21667932>Low-moisture mozzarella cheeseWhat in the fuck?
