>don't crowd the pan

let's be real here, this isn't possible for a home cook
>>
>>21670760
Buy bigger pans
>>
>>21670760
Buy smaller food
>>
>>21670760
yes it is, just don’t be a retarded amerilard and prepare sane portion sizes.
>>
>>21670771
what if I want to meal prep
>>
>>21670771
>cooking for a family of 4, rather than 1 person at a time like a restaurant/chef would
>>
>>21670781

>>21670775

Get a big ol' jumbo skillet & a high-BTU burner to rip thru some serious tonnage in the great outdoors. Thank me later.
>>
>le sear

not that important when you gauge feasibility of making large batches of food to be a responsible adult in 2025
>>
>>21670760
Crowd the pan. It’ll be fine. Most cooking rules are retarded unless your aiming for a very specific outcome or doing some servesafe thing so you don’t kill grandma.
>>
>>21670760
I have a huge panis
>>
>>21670847
>boils the meat in your path
enjoy your chewy dry meat bro
>>
>>21670847
do not crowd the pan if you want colour/sear

crowd the pan if you don't care about perfection and want just your meal +10 if you're meal prepping and aren't a neet/ck/ faggit
>>

>tfw making bolognese
>>
>>21670852
No one has mentioned to sear your meat in 2 batches. It's not that big of a deal.
>>
>>21670865
that's the whole point of not crowding you retard
>>
>>21670849
He’s steaming hans
>>
>>21670775
cook in batches you retard
>>

>or doing some servesafe thing so you don’t kill grandma
Is “Crowd the pan, kill your nan” a common saying?
>>
>>21670760
Perhaps not for an 80IQ frogposter.

I cook for 5 people daily and I manage it (when I put in the effort).

It's basically impossible to overcrowd the pan if you're cooking for one or two unless you want to make extra for tomorrow.

Retard everyone is saying to just use less meat or a bigger pan. You gotta go back... TO SCHOOL! And learn how to read. DUMBASS
