I have a cute loaf pan that was gifted to me.

I am thinking about making some pumpkin bread today--what's /ck/'s favorite pumpkin bread recipe?

Also, I've never baked small loaves before--any tips or differences between baking at scale?

Cute. But you might as well use them to make chocolate with.

for small things, if using a big thing recipe, up your oven temp a bit and cut the cook time down

Unfortunately I don’t have a recipe but you’d probably want to start with a muffin pan time adjustment and then add more time if it isn’t done yet. Also if the pan is as dark as the one in the pic the oven temp might need to be -25F lower than the recipe
