I found these and they're really fucking good. Can't get enough of them. Thing is, they're like $7 a pop. Oof. I'm wondering what it would take to make them myself. I roast brussies all the time, and they're quite delicate. I don't think it would work in an oven. I wonder if you'd need a food dehydrator for them. Thoughts?

The nutrition facts if you even care. If I did them I definitely wouldn't use sunflower oil.

Lol, you fucking schizos with your oil phobias.

I own a commercial-quality dehydrator, all metal and glass. You roast brussel sprouts as usual but you need to apply an oil that won't go rancid. I use homemade ghee. I vacuum pack these and carry them backpacking and sailing. Do ensure you cut them is half or else they'll contain water and spoil, which ain't pretty. You can use sandwich bags with O2 scrubber packs and dessicant packs, these are cheap and they usually work. Eat well.

You paid $7 for 400 calories, and 60% of that from oil, good job.

>roast brussel sprouts as usual
>put them in a $3000 dehydrator
think that about covered it

you could easily do this in a 30 dollar dehydrator or even an air fryer on dehydrate mode. or an oven on very low heat. or a toaster oven.

Yet you refuse to give actual instructions on how to do so. I'm beginning to think you're quite the cunt. You'd have to agree with that, I'm sure?

if you can't figure this out you don't belong here or really anywhere without supervision
