Salty oats anyone?I love me some salty oats.
>>21673370I usually throw some other things into my salty oats, but I really don't know why they're not as popular as rice, especially among those of us decended from oat eaters.
>>21673370This is getting boring. NO. No one eats your "savory" oats with onions and bacon and cheese and eggs. We have GRITS for that. Stop being weird.
>>21673386You have rice, pasta, barley, and buckwheat for that too. What's your point?
>>21673386it's just salt and oats. you ok?
>>21673386no. corn is for popping and making pipes out of. not your disgusting dirt substitute.
>>21673370Milk and salty coins
>>21673392>dirt substituteThat doesn't make enough sense to be insulting.
>>21673592to be fair, the allusion does amuse only those with 140+ IQs
>>21673370I like to put honey and cinnamon in mine and then dip slices of apple in it.
>>21673370R u a horse?
>>21673370Yes. I only eat savory oatmeal and have been eating it almost every morning since the 90s. Al dente regular style Quaker Oats cooked in minimal water and served with a few splashes of hot sauce and some black pepper is my favorite.
>>21673370Is that just salty porridge?
