They're trash, but you know what, they got me through my broke-ass post-college days. Ate that shit five times a week, mixed with alfredo sauce or tomato sauce, or like you're supposed to. For protein I'd do the cheapest frozen tenders. Cheapest white bread. Country Time lemonade. Vitamin supplements. That was my diet.

I've gotten the hang of using spaghetti noodles to make my chow mien instead. First time making it, it went great.>boil spaghetti>boil it >simmer for 15-20 mins until tender>drain >mix with soy sauce>fry them on wok with oil>mixed with omelete (separate)>fried mushroom (separate pan or cook it before putting in soy mixed noodles) >garlic
