Best temperature to fry schnitzel in?Best breadding?Do you double dip and add a second layer?Opinions on adding seeds or cheese to the breadcrumbs?Do you like the coating to stick firmly to the meat or do you add a little baking soda for texture?

180C in clarified butter, panko clears normal breading, but chips or flips make for a delicious breading as well. Seeds are chicken food but a bit of Parmesan can be nice. The breading is not supposed to stick to the meat. What the fuck do you mean by adding baking soda you sick fuck.Hope that helps.
I'm not answering your questions but I will say this: a little crushed garlic in the egg is quite pleasurable.
