What's a good resource for learning how to decorate pastries? My baking is usually a 9/10 tastewise but a 2/10 presentation wise. I wanna know what skills/tools I need to make my sloppa look pretty.

>>21681941Go to cake decorating school. One of my culinary instructors had a shitload of diplomas on his office walls and one was seriously from cake decorating school. He was old 20 years ago though. They may not have such specialized schools anymore.

Watch youtube videos on the aubject and then practice on a bunch of cupcakes at home untill you get your new tricks right. Eat the evidence of your failures.l and put your successes on display.
