The franchise one always has higher prices on pretty much everything that corporate hasn't set a price in advertisements. A $7 Crave Box has to be $7 but a cheese wrap is going to be double the price of the corporate location a mile away.

Those two things alone make the box a great deal. Sure the drink only costs them pennies to make but they still charge like $2 for a medium fountain drink so that makes this a pretty good deal.
