it's usually impossible for me to find food without oil and sugar. Beef was making my eyelids secrete oil like crazy. They always felt wet

oil and sugar gives me crazy acne

dairy gives me crazy phlegm

then there are all the things that make me shit myself vecause of Crohn's disease
