How the fuck does Aldi get away with this? How isn't using the exact name trademark infringement?
For me, it's Frosted Flakes, the best frosted flakes cereal
>>

frosted flakes isn't a trademark dood.
>>
>>21689223
>the name “Frosted Flakes” is so generic that it cannot be trademarked, and thus it often shares its name with competitors.
neat
>>
Check the nutrition and ingredients labels. Kellogg's has been reformulating a lot of their cereals lately to remove the syrups, BHT, and using some proprietary ingredient I can't remember.

aldis cereal sucks its stale from the jump
>>
>>21689217
because Kellog's frosted flakes is the brand name not just frosted flakes, it's like trying to trademark the word water, no one will ever allow it.
>>
>>21689385
>he doesn't drink WATER
>he drinks Water

He is making a comment on the constant desire of people to go after the new and trendy products even though the old product is just as good.

some companies have tried to sue for copies in the past, but over time they have realised it's not worth the huge legal fees of going against a giant like aldi
plus it's often more profitable to have the real thing next to the copy so the real thing looks better by comparison

>39% all corn"
what did they mean
>>
>>21689539
This. That's why I'm a "water" kinda guy. Too bad they don't make it any more

>>
>>21689732
>looks like cat food

I'm gonna assume that it's not intended as human food.

The only off-brand cereal I've had that was good was the malt-o-meal version of golden crisp.
>>
>>21692394
Honestly, the Whole Foods raisin bran is tops. The raisins are ridiculously huge and the cereal itself has just the right amount of sweetness IE none (though the raisins themselves are lightly sugared).
I fucking love bran cereals so fucking much.
