Problem is crust is the result of how pizza is made. Pizza is stretched outward and the larger bubbles stay to the outside and then as it cooks the cheese contracts so that it will tend to pull away from the outside.But people only have an image of what the result should be and try to mimic it by intentionally making this larger outside portion with no toppings.If the crust is bad the pizza was bad.
Only thing I don't like is when the stuffed crust isn't fully melted.
