it doesn't matter how you prepare it. its the age of the chicken. the younger the chicken, the more tender and moist the meat will be.
>>21691752I disagree. While the age and activity of the chicken (part of why egglaying chickens are tough) plays a major part. Either going low and slow with sous vide or nuking it in a pressure cooker will produce tender moist meat.
