They changed the recipe. Someone said to try the all beef flavor. I have not tried so idk if it might contain the older version.The reason I can tell is that I don’t actually like breading part of the corn dog, I only like the hot dog part. I peel off the breading.Older versions—the hot dog didn’t look like a normal hot dog. like there was no “skin” on it and the color was the sameNew Version—the hot dog looks like a normal hot dog now. like the “skin” is a darker reddish color. Personally not a fan, the reason I liked corn dogs was it didn’t taste like a normal hot dog.It’s kind of hit or miss if I can get the “older” version. When I could find them, it was usually at target. I never looked at the box though to figure out what was different
