The Papaya Dog at West 4th and 6th just closed after I don't know how many decades. Their hot dogs weren't that great but they were fine in a pinch and it was practically a landmark on that corner. I'm so fucking disappointed. Mustard kraut onions every time.

Mustard and sauerkraut. If I'm out of kraut, just mustard and I'm good. Chili is good but it's messy as hell. I started cooking my hotdogs in my air fryer, 400f for 8 or 9 minutes and they come out amazing.
