(i do dill, basil, coriander, pepper and salt)slap it on a piece of bread, add cheese (i find a strong cheddar best), then cover it with the other slice of bread. toss it on a panini press, or a frying pan, and bada bing bada boom you got yourself a tuna melt.all of this is customizable btw, the only thing you really need is mayo, tuna, and bread. i actually used swiss chard stems instead of celery in this one, and added some lightly pickled cukes. sometimes i'll add tomato slices two but i wasn't feeling it today
