I dried the dough out a bit before topping it, instead of par baking.
Just trying different things out with the dough
It was good though, has some medium grind corn meal in the dough

I used a mdh premixed spice packet for it and followed its directions, I also added some whole spices to it as well: bay leaves, cloves, green and black cardamom, black pepper corn, and some all spice, in addition I added more chili powder too and at the end I added some fenugreek leaves too after it was off the heat.
