>buy deep fryer
>order food in bulk from Sysco
>get the exact same food that most restaurants sell at a fraction of the price
>>
What makes you think you want to clean a deep fryer and eat the same shit every day because you bought in bulk?
>>
You won’t get the chefs sweat
>>
Bulk amounts of deep-fried Sysco food doesn't sound like a good thing even at a fraction of the cost.

I bought a fry daddy on clearance at the grocery store.
I made mozzarella sticks every day for like a week, then ended up throwing it away instead of cleaning it.

I just use a dutch oven and dump the used oil in the woods behind my house
>>
>>21693094
Sysco truck drivers make really good money. They work their asses off for it though but it’s a 6 figure job with good benefits.
>>
>>21692941
i think you need commercial voltage to use a kitchen deep fryer
>>
>>21692941
Im not a restaurant i cant order food from sysco im not allowed to
>>
>>21693208
careful, thats how you end up with rabid americans in your backyard

>a really good job
>driving a delivery truck
Are you shilling or a coping employee?
That shit sucks
>Drive 12+ hours to various deliveries
>Have to unload that shit yourself or with minimal helpers
>then have to drive BACK
>can only stop at weigh stations and truck stops
>lucky if you aren't addicted to meth or heroin at the end and aren't psssing out at the wheel
>>
>>21693586
>>Have to unload that shit yourself
Have you never worked a job in your life?
The driver does not load or unload the truck. Ever.

the delivery guys always brought the food in with dollys when i worked in restaurants
>>
>>21693590
Maybe at large scale distribution centers they don't unload, but at the restaurant I work at the driver always unloads food on a hand cart that he just loaded himself in the back on the truck.

I wish I could buy Sysco products off the shelf. I'd stock my whole fridge with em.
>>
>>21693828
Look up if you have any sort of restaurant supply store near you. They sell basically all the same stuff.
>>
>>21693832
>any sort of restaurant supply store
mine sells equipment not food
I wish I could get the number to a salesman for a local food distributor and not have to have a truckload delivered to get a few items every couple months
not sysco shit
>>
>>21693590
Have you ever worked a job that involves trucking in any capacity? Truckers will help unload because they want to GTFO of there as quickly as possible.
>>
>>21692941
>most restaurants

If you eat at Applebee's and sports bars.

I've worked in lots of kitchens and not a single one of them served premade appetizers from sysco or anywhere else.
>>
>>21693598
Many such cases
>>
>>21693208
Uh oh, I hope the US military doesn't hear about these.
>>
>>21692941
you might want a deep freeze as well.
What is the minimum $ for sysco orders?
some places have a min. $ or item size.

That would be the shit though. Although I have never seen a sysco/kuna/whatever truck doing deliveries in neighborhoods to peoples homes.

When I worked at a sushi restaurant I would ask the owner to order me a full case of chicken wings for like 80 bucks. He would allow me to come in on my day off and break them down off trhe clock. I would then shuve them in my freezer in ziplock bags and eat whnever. it was the shit.
>>
>>21693871
Maybe some anon will remember but someone mentioned a while ago a bulk supplier that you order from online and they do a mass will call in a local parking lot occasionally
>>
>>21695660
I'm still kicking myself in the ss
a couple months back eating lunch at BK
I overheard some guy taking a call or two and realized he was a salesman for a food distributor, I wish I would have tried to get his number
just for a bag of southwest springrolls
