I like spinach alfredo pizzas with tons of parmesan on top after baking. What's a good pre-made alfredo sauce? The first one I tried was great value. It was terrible.

My problem with white pizza is that it always feels too rich and heavy unless I get some marinara on the side for dipping/spreading. Need some acidic tomato to offset all that cream and cheese.

I can teach you how to make a foolproof homemade one if you're interested, otherwise, I like those powder packets. I think they're Knorr. They're entirely too delicious to be so trashy

I prefer to make a bechamel and use that instead of something with heavy cream. I also prefer that for pasta or else it's just too much fat.

Something like a vodka sauce might be good on pizza though with the mix of dairy and tomato.

You can just make it by melting Parmesan in butter and adding cream if you want it more saucy than that, that's all it is

3 garlic cloves (crushed)
1 cup cream + 1 tbsp cornstarch
1/2-1 cup grated Parmesan
Season as desired
Additional butter

Use about 3/4’ish cup for 16” pizzders or whatever you want.
