The only Brown "people" that can handle a lot of spice are the ones with brain defects or foetal alcohol syndrome, which is most of them, because their pain and inhibition units are out of whack. If you manage to find a Brown "person" without brain damage (an absolute rarity) you'll find they cannot handle spice any more than an actual human can.
