I've tried nicotine but it just makes me foggy. if I eat literally anything it ruins my focus. if you have to study you should eat a balanced meal with planet of protein, carbs, and fat right when you wake up and then study later.You want your intestines to be full and your stomach to be empty. Your small intestine is where you get energy. Not your stomach.

>>21709562I seriously came here to say this. Fasting post 36 hours and things start getting intresting. Thoughts start getting really sharp. Add coffee and some nicotine and its on. I get worse at talking to people though.

>>21709562This. Black coffee plus chewing gum or nicotine gum. If you eat anything heavy you won't focus. If you feel some kind if compulsion to eat for some reason stick with very low calorie foods like pickles or olives.
