A nice steak
Some fries. All I had was about 150g of lard which is entirely sufficient
Steak came out perfect. Fries too.
Poured some pan sauce on it. Was delish.
The chips look good, the steak not so much
>>21713118The steak was very good
>>21713122I'd eat, looks good to me
>>21713122I would eat that
>>21713122that eat would I
>>21713102That's some rough marbling, but at least it was cooked pretty well >>21713122
>>21713122Needs bearnaise desu
>>21713315Bear mayonnaise?
>>21713171Mid range EU supermarket steak. Limousine beef. Charolais would be better but this stuff is real affordable and already really nice n tender. There was a big pocket of fat in the middle (as visible in the picture) but it cooked soft and nice so I just ate it.
>>21713106are those home made or from a bag?
>>21713108>Literal maggots on the foodAm I blind or do you niggers genuinely add maggots to your food?
>>21713672not only are you blind but you are retardedthose dont look like maggots you caveman
>>21713672its garlic you special ed child
>>21713652Home made. I soaked them in sugar water for an hour first, then blanched in 120C for 5min, then finished in 180C. Perfectly crunchy and soft inside.
>>21713108That's a grossly unfit amount of grease for a healthy person. Post tummy, fatty supreme.
>>21713672>Literal maggots on the food >Am I blind>Chrome.jpgSigh, it's always them.
>>21713672this can't be a serious post... right?
Steak should only touch cast iron for a few seconds after being grilled to medium rare
>>21713672Kek, get your eyes checked.
>>21713112Howd u make the gravy ?
>>21714154Why would you use both? What kind of "grill" are you talking about? The kind that leaves black marks? Why are you cooking that all the way to medium rare and then overcooking it even more in a skillet? The grill would be all you need. Not both.
>>21714253you dont seer your grilled steak ?
>>21714263I don't need divination to find my steak, it's in the meat section of the grocery store
NOOOO YOU SHOULD BE EATING MCDONALD’S ANON STEAKS AREN’T HEALTHY!!!
>>21714253Reverse searing on cast iron increases the Maillard reaction
>>21714251I poured some stock on the leftover butter in the pan and reduced it till thick.
