I made minestrone once. It was pretty good for like the first hour after it was done. The leftovers turned into disgusting mush within hours though.

minestrone is bland, tasteless and always way too hot for the first 20 minutes. One of the worst Italian dishes I have ever tried, together with pasta e fagioli.
