how make broccoli good
>>
>>21715128
steam it until it gets soft, it gets mild and sweet. cooked broccoli that's still firm is more bitter and less flavorful. i can eat it just like that with lemon or vinegar.

after steaming it sometimes i eat it with a sauteed garlic and mustard sauce. mustard and broccoli pair well together. they're actually from the same plant family.

despite cooked broccoli being bland and bitter, i actually like it completely raw. eat it with whatever dressing you want.

if you don't mind the calories then cooked broccoli with a cheese sauce is probably something most people would like.
>>
By boiling it for a minute or two. Once it turns bright green or yellow-ish it's effectively cooked and edible or used for stir frying.

I chop it up into more or less bite sized pieces and roast it for 15-20 minutes with oil salt and pepper, then eat as is, or add to a stir fry or whatever.
>>
Microwave + garlic powder

When I’m cooking up some pork or steak on the barbie I like to floret my broccoli and toss it in sesame oil and soy sauce, then when the meat is resting throw it over the flame and cook it up. It always come with a nice crunch to it.

Fuck’s sake. Steam it? Fuck off. Best way is roast it. Drizzle/rub with olive oil, then salt & pepper or some of that Crazy Jane’s salt mix, then roast. By far the tastiest way to cook it.

I eat everything, from brussels sprouts to blood sausage.
But broccoli, no. I force it down my throat because it's healthy, but I hate it. It's exactly how I'd imagine a zoomer tastes.

Chop it up, put it in a covered microwave safe container with some diced onion, an appropriate amount of butter and some salt. Microwave it for 4 mins and shake. I eat that for lunch and throw some frozen pre cooked diced chicken in there. It's delicious
