What is the best ice cream pint you have had?
Ice cream is mostly all the same. Normies think it's some boutique product but it's just sweet cream base + things that go in it. Can't really say that any ice cream sticks out much more than another in my memory.

>>21716361sorry im not a redditor who's impressed by horseshit like "overrun" or whatever.it's sweet cream base + toppings
I'm not a connoisseur but I had a Ben and Jerry's oatmeal ice cream years ago that was really good, I think this was it

>>21716363>soup is just broth base and toppingsYour argument is so beyond retarded that it can only possibly be bait. What you’re describing is just food, food starts from a base and you add on to it in infinite different ways.
>>21716327>>21716363why even bother posting in this thread? bored?
>>21716297I wouldn't eat that much ice cream. Damn.
>>21716363You doubled down and look like an even more massive faggot. So, is ice cream really just a not-impressive sweet cream base with additions? And "normies" only like this "iced cream" as you say?
>>21716297my mom said not to go to oberweis because the owner is a republican
>>21716297some coffee icecream that was a talenti ripoff brand
>>21716297Ben and Jerry's Phish Food 22 years ago when it was actually good. But the best ice cream I ever had was some random place in california when I was visiting my grandparents as a kid and I got a reeses ice cream that blew my mind. It probably wasn't that great but to an 11 year old I had never tasted anything like it and I'll never forget it.
Thriffty chocolate rocky road
The one I made from real rum and raisins, with frozen dark chocolate splinters.

>>21716327It just isn't. A Mövenpick and a Häagen-Dazs vanilla are worlds apart, and both are light years ahead of your generic supermarket brand vanilla. None are quite as good as my secret homemade vanilla recipe though. >>21716808Based, though raisins are gross. Are chocolate splinters different from chocolate chips? I made stracciatella a few months ago by melting a bunch of chocolate, putting it in a piping bag with a tiny opening, then drizzling it on the nearly finished ice cream while mixing constantly. I tried to drizzle it on top of the ice-cream machine while it was still churning, but the motor didn't like the extra strain of having to churn the chocolate.
>>21716297Let me guess, you’re a Chicago bro? Oberweis is the best ice cream in the world and I’ve been just about everywhere. I’d go through a half a gallon jug almost daily growing up and at the end of the week I’d run in with the empty glass bottles and exchange them for fresh ones. My poor mom probably spent $2-3k annually for my milk habits lmao.
>>21717057>raisins are gross. Nah, they go great with rum and since they're basically all sugar and fiber, make the icecream creamy and thick. I blend 3/4 of them smooth and the rest just briefly.>Are chocolate splinters different from chocolate chips?I don't think so, they just look nicer and are smaller. I put them in the mix, but adding them later should work as well. Anything pourable that solidifies when cooled seems to instantly sink to the bottom center to gunk up the paddle.
