Also a midnight snack is a chunk of buttery garlic bread with a soup. Its more of a meal really, if Ive been up too late and my sleep schedule is fucked up.Or just fruit. Berries are my favorite but cant eat those too late, fruit stuff can be acidic and make your guts do weird things later at night.
