I have been eating only three chicken thighs twice a day to lose weight because it is cheap and inexpensive meat compared to say beef or pork.

It's working even with the occasional cheat day here and there.

The problem I am having is I have been feeling tired all the time lately.

What do you suggest I add to my diet that is low carb / carnivore friendly that might help correct this issue?

Op try a leaner and more varied diet. It can still be done cheaply enough. Mix in some lean pork and chicken breast. Some fresh veg, a little fruit, and lean dairy. Im not disputing that some people find that diet workable, but not for me.

I've been doing keto for dieting, where I keep my total net carbs for the day under 30g, and I'm still eating like 3-400g of vegetables or so every day.

You need more vitamin C when consuming carbs but cutting out carbs doesn't make your requirement zero. Add eggs, and some plants like cruciferous vegetables, citrus, berries, and beans. If you can, also add some dairy. Realistically, you should actually get into cooking with spices and herbs though. Bland diets are for dogs and not sustainable. You’ll likely end up bingeing.

what issues? unless you have blood sugar issues then in my experience the things about "carbs" worsening anything is too much of a sweeping generalization. some people may have issues with grains, some people may have an issue with fructose or lactose, but nobody seems to truly have an issue with every type of carb.

Only beef is nutrient dense enough to justify itself price wise. You're not saving in quality terms. Just get ground beef or process a Subprime 15-30 lb cut yourself. Poultry and Pork are fed absolute trash, and the Omega-6 overload gets passed on to you.

Tiredness can also be SODIUM DEFICIENCY. Get electrolytes and salt your shit liberally. Under 25g carbs should be fine-- you can be looser with paleo/primal eating with lower glycemic/insulin index vegetables (sweet potato, carrot). You'll lose more weight adding muscle-- load up and work out, get steps in. Try bulletproof coffee.
