I've been doing duck breasts in the air fryer and it turns out great. Max temp, 5 minutes skin on top, 5 minutes skin down, 5 minutes skin top again.
Gets medium rare inside, and nicely toasted skin.
If you want well done do it longer.

I've only once received complete shit from Amazon but I made damn sure to leave a one-star review when I did. They were some specialized electronic controllers that had an adjustment potentiometer that literally tore itself apart when you adjusted it. Impossible to use them in any application as a result. Of course, it was one of those shit-tier Chinese resellers with randomly-generated names like SLDOWIUR or some shit, so I'm sure they just randomly generated a new name and went right on selling the same garbage.
