Share your Thanksgiving leftover ideas.

One of the best breakfasts you can make is pan frying some stuffing with butter and adding a fried egg on top.

I went to Golden Corral for thanksgiving and they charge you extra to take anything home, so I don't have any leftovers :(

Me, I like to put some of the turkey and side dishes into a sandwich. I even did that with green bean casserole once, it worked okay.

Fried stuffing is great, try cooking it in a waffle maker if you like it crispy

Turkey pot pie pasta. I made that tonight with a leftover breast, thigh, and the small pittance of wing meat I could salvage. It came out very good and I’ll have enough for probably 4-5 days.

I also still have some sides left. Some stuffing, green bean casserole, Brussels sprouts and gravy. Not sure what I’m gonna do with stuffing it’s too many carbs with the pasta, I might freeze the leftover bit of gravy in ice cube tray or something

There's a place near me that does what it calls a "stuffing panisse" in its Thanksgiving sandwich, which is apparently some kind of fried patty. It's delicious but visually off-putting.

I bought a turkey half off after thanksgiving and smoked it in my kamado joe for like 4 hours. 14lb turkey, 250ish for an hour and then 300ish until 160 internal, pecan wood chunks.
This counts as my Thanksgiving leftovers. Waiting to carve it. I had a wing and it was delicious.

Whoa nice, I had smoked turkey for the first time this year and it was really good

I made burritos and heated up leftovers in vegetable broth to make a delicious "Thanksgiving Soup". It was very good.
