I use that stuff for my smoothies. That plus cream has less sugar than milk. And for cereal or something I really don't mind it either. You eat the cereal for the cereal. But it is bland and I just don't want it in my coffee. I like fatty coffee with half and half or full cream.

But dairy allergies are common.
