I'm out of leftover turkey because I made sandwiches but I still have stuffing and mashed potatoes. Wat do?
Buy a turkey breast and shove it in a roaster
>>21755208eat stuffing and mashed potatoes
>>21755208Fried mashed potato
Suicide is your only option.
Plan better for next year.In the meantime, get some cheap chicken (leg quarters are good) and cook'em to sub in for the long gone turkey. We still have turkey and everything else but ran out of sprouts Saturday so my kid and I nabbed some mustards omw to pick up the missus from work and I'm about to blanch, shock and saute them the same way I cooked the sprouts (with bacon and onion). That's all you have to do: replace the bits you're missing. >>21755211Or that. Better to have leftover turkey than leftover anything else. As OP said, that can always go to sandwiches.
>>21755208Mix diced onion, shredded cheese, and ham into the potatoes. Crack an egg into them and add some flour, I don't know the measurements but you want a dough-like consistency. Put the mix in a waffle maker. Serve with sunny side up eggs, honey mustard, or sour cream.
>>21755544No.
>>21755208stuffing and mashed potato fritters
>>217552084 day old stuffing belongs in the trash and probably the mashed potatoes too
Tater stuffing sandwich, on white. You still have the bread, right?
>>21755219I-impossible!
>>21755548You don't have to add the ham if you're one of THOSE people.
>>21755208>I'm out of leftover turkeyI'd hope so. Thanksgiving was in October.
>>21755208Make another turkey and make a meal out of them.
>>21756247Everything you suggest is bad. You oughta be ashamed of yourself.
>>21755208make Boxty and have them with fried eggs.https://www.seriouseats.com/boxty-irish-potato-pancake-recipe-11690806the stuffing can be a replacement for flour/baking soda to help hold the Boxty together. i also suggest topping with Worcestershire.
>>21755208Uh, at this point you should probably throw it out.
>>21755208Stuff them into pastry/dough/wonton of choice and make a pierogi-like dumpling.
>>21757032This is the cooking board. We know about Castelluccio lentils here. How come you don't?
