Why did Brooklyn Barbecue fail to take over the world?

lmao

I don't know enough about barbecue to have strong opinions but whatever some skinny hipster (in the 2020s, no less) is making is almost certainly not going to interest me. In my experience, it's been overpriced and undertasty 100% of the time. And yeah, if mightyquinns.png is an example of Brooklyn barbecue, then it fits the bill.
