Less ultra transformed, more fresh or at least frozen fresh.Employ local traiteur/caterer to pre-cook the food or prrpare it for cooking.Source the food from trusted local businesses and farmers.Basically what Europe does.But the industrial and fast food lobbies got their grip on the whole system and won't let go of it so easily.

If they were recognized as married by the government and they filed taxes jointly then my fathers income ~180k (actually joint/family income then) would be too high to get many benefits.
