How would you improve on it?
>>
>>21755949
By being able to go back in time and do it all over again from that point on
>>
>>21755949
Get rid of the department of education
>>
>>21755949
Add soup
>>
I would grab like 3 mayo packets and some mustard and I'd put the mayo and tots on the hot dog
>>
>>21755959
In America, isn't the states that provide the meals?
>>
>>21755982
LOL God no.
>>
>>21755970
>mayo packets

I went to a ghetto high school. One thing that I still remember is these fat black girls getting handfuls of mayo packets to slather on their french fries in the school cafeteria.
>>
>>21755982
Depends on the state, school, system, it's not standard
Some kids never got to know the absolute treasure that is trapezoid pepperoni pizza
>>
>>21755949

No ketchup, mayo or mustard?
Are they available at the tables or from a dispenser?
>>
>>21755988
if youre below a certain income you get free lunch at public school, but you have to be very poor. I remember all my friends saying how lucky I was to get lunch for free when they had to pay for it.

>>21755998
at my school there was a table with packets
>>
>>21755982
Yeah... we don't really give food to kids here
Only poor kids get free cafeteria food. And it looks pretty similar to op. Some states do offer it to everyone though
>>
>>21755949
I'd replace the milk with a fine beverage product from the Coca Cola company.
>>
>>21755982
Yes, but they get funding from the federal government and that funding is tied to complying with a whole host of regulations from the Department of Education, many of which aren't even related to school lunches.
>>
>>21755970
>grab like 3 mayo packets and some mustard
>put the mayo and tots on the hot dog
...w-what do you do with the mustard?
>>
mandatory saurkraut on the hotdog. It's cheap, highly nutritious and would help break the cycle of slop that seems to have consumed americans for generations.

Less ultra transformed, more fresh or at least frozen fresh.
Employ local traiteur/caterer to pre-cook the food or prrpare it for cooking.
Source the food from trusted local businesses and farmers.
Basically what Europe does.

But the industrial and fast food lobbies got their grip on the whole system and won't let go of it so easily.

Looks bland.
If they started seasoning their food properly at a young age perhaps japs would actually develop a palate as they got older and start producing tasty dishes.

>>21755949
Grill the dog, add cheese and chilli, peas go in the chilli
reply with dubs decides what goes where the pea where.

Even in Japan, decent school lunches are served in economically powerful metropolitan areas and private schools, while those in rural areas are often the subject of ridicule and anger for their meager menus.

Is this another Thanksgiving meal thread?

Ketchup and mustard.

lots of people in my school put mayo on their fries and tots, and none of them were black.

>parents married under God
>technically separate and file taxes individually
>separate bank accounts
>two dependent kids on free school lunches
>snap benefits, unemployment for the wife and shows that she has no income
>husband make $180k a year

I don't know why more people didn't do it like my parents when I was growing up
>>
>>21756963
because I had 1 parent and she made like 12k a year. I feel like your real question is why doesn't everyone just make 180k a year
>>
>>21755949
just replace everything with a quart of whole milk
>>
>>21755949
discard the jello and hotdog, replace with 1 turkish delight and potato/meat stew
>>
>>21756970
No, I mean just have one parent with two dependents (kids) that doesn't have an income and get thousands of dollars of benefits in the form of welfare, snap and free school lunches. We weren't poor but having it this way they told me was a better bang for the buck and we had access to more free handouts than if done in the traditional way.
>>
If they were recognized as married by the government and they filed taxes jointly then my fathers income ~180k (actually joint/family income then) would be too high to get many benefits.
>>
>>21757001
I didn't have 2 parents

Just eat the hotdog and drink the milk. Simple as
>>
>>21755949
Add another hotdog
>>
Remove the bread
>>
>>21756963
You and your parents should all be electric chaired simultaneously
>>
>>21757218
For? Working within the law for the most benefit for my family?
>>
>>21757226
Your dad probably got assfucked on his taxes having no dependents to claim so it probably balanced out somewhere, the irs isnt stupid
>>
>>21755949
Firstly I would remove those carbs which are nothing but pure poison. Then I would replace the milk with unpastuerized grass fed milk. Next I would add beef because beef has creatine which is vital for human development. For dessert I would replace the jello sugar bomb with something like cheesy bacon balls.

No, most of the money was reinvested in his s-corp. All of our cars, homes and toys were all business expenditures.
>>
>>21755982
Its contracted out to the same company that serves prison food. Yay!
>>
>>21757195
Are you that same asshole in the hotdog thread?

That's literally the same as our prison food, just with four times the flatware: >>21756334

If hes playing by the book hes paying somewhere, scorp has payroll tax, hes also taxed on the w2 and the k1 profit from that, claim house and car? Sure, maybe his 5% home office space and mileage that hes spending money to save money for, all at a higher rate for single filers, and then he pays the cpa multiple thousand dollars to actually prepare all that. All these loopholes are well thought out, sure he might get a perceived benefit but they get theirshare one way or another. And if he cheats good luck when hes audited, hope the discounted school goyslop and child tax credit he would have got anyway was worth it.

>>21757001
Most decent people who are able to afford kids and still have a comfortable lifestyle would be ashamed to abuse a system that's in place to help out the people who are having hard times. Your parents sound just as bad as the people who keep shitting out neglected kids just to take government money solely for their own selfish desires.
>>
>>21757718
You take any advantage you can that don't cause negative repercussions. It's a well planned out way to live. I see nothing wrong. I am better off now than I would have been and so is my family.

You know what's shitty. Schools could provide some cheap bare bones food to poor kids. Like a roll, apple, and juice box to get them through the day. But that wouldn't be allowed because agricultural and industrial food lobbies have imposed all kinds of nutritional standards on what constitutes a meal. So the school would HAVE to spend much more for their slop to supply the kids, otherwise it would be illegal. This allows those corporations to stay on top because smaller providers can't compete in that environment. They can't provide bulk orders of tens of thousands of giga processed vacuum sealed slop that supposedly meets complex criteria.

My aunt and uncle are the most vociferous MAGA screamers I know and they constantly advise their (adult) children who have the means to take care of themselves to absolutely rape the system. My cousin didn't take a job offered to him so he could have his third kid under some kind of funding offered by California.

Both my aunt and uncle are on "disability" early retirement because they're fat. They could both work, but they go do that, go on cruises, and go to the local food pantry pretending they're poor, even though they own multiple cars and a home.

Yet they'll whine about "the illegals" and "the blacks/mexicans" scamming the system all day and night.
>>
>>21755949
Stop charging teachers $5 for it
>>
>>21757814
1. Legal
2. Illegal

If you are an illegal it's far far worse. To hell with them.
>>
>>21755949
More milk, brighter green peas.
>>
>>21756011
you'd be lucky to get find that looks like op in a public school today
>>
>>21755949
That's like 600-700 cal tops
Why even bother eating this?
Unless you eat all day long this is not gonna work without a heart dinner-after school meal
>>
>>21758204
School's job isn't to fucking stuff you with calories. It's to give you some sugar to mentally stimulate you so you might learn what the fuck 2+2 equals.
And 600 calories for a child is fine retard. You know what, you sound fat.
>>
>>21755949
Needs some 'chup and mustard on the dog. Onions would be nice too but not necessary.
