Is eating too many eggs unhealthy?
>>
egg yolks yes, egg whites no
>>
>>21756972
Yes, they are high in cholesterol
>>

t. scientist from the 70's

I eat 3 eggs (fried) nearly every day and the last time I went to the doctor they told me I had low Vitamin D but my cholesterol was actually perfectly fine.
>>
>>21757289
My grandpa had 3 eggs a day for breakfast with yolk and lived to 93
>>
>>21757287
so you're saying egg yolks dont contain cholesterol
>>
>>21756972
if my math is correct I eat around 15 eggs per week

Nah I eat like 2 dozen eggs a week easily and my blood cholestrol or whatever is perfect. The cholestrol thing has been debunked: Recent studies indicate that eggs do not significantly raise cholesterol levels and that saturated fat is the primary dietary culprit for high LDL ("bad") cholesterol. Some research even suggests that eating eggs, particularly in a low-saturated fat diet, may improve cholesterol levels and reduce heart disease risk.
>>21757300
NTA from what I understand they contain cholesterol but do not seem to significantly raise it and if they do it's good and not bad cholesterol.
>>21756976
Egg yolks contain all the nutrients egg whites just contain protein.
>>
>>21756972
I hope not, I drink 3 raw eggs every morning, you know like Rocky did
>>
It's a lot of protein, but no. If you're doing keto and/or eating maybe 3 eggs and no high GI carbs mixed in, it just depends on how your gut reacts to eggs and excessive protein. (e.g. farts)
>>
>>21757311
I watched a YouTube guy eat eggs for like a week or whatever and went and got his cholesterol checked (before and after) and it was catastrophic afterward
>>
Define "too many". Some people told me I was killing myself for eating a dozen a week

Right on lolol I don't drink coffee daily but when I do I often make it thai style with egg yolks instead of milk and then I'll have the whites raw.

No way post video.
>>21757321
>no high GI carbs mixed in
This is what Joe Rogan believes and I trust him.
>>21757329
Bruh try to keep track of how many eggs you eat a week that are worked in to other foods like pasta or sweets.
>>
>>21757329
it depends on your genetics. some people get high blood cholesterol from eating cholesterol. some people don't. some people naturally have super high cholesterol even when they eat low cholesterol diets.

in any case you should be going to the doctor every couple years and getting your cholesterol checked and not just guessing what it is with zero basis
>>
>>21757334

I was just saying in case maybe you wanted to avoid having too slow absorption or whatever. You do you.

Midwit retard who thinks the 3rd leading cause of death in america (doctor's medical malpractice) is a reliable source of information LMAO.

"Genetics" is what doctors say when they want to intentionally lie about autoimmune or hormonal problems, so they can sell you pills for the rest of your life. No doctor has ever said "fast, eat clean foods, and that issue will go away" it's always "buy their Pfizer skin cream so I can charge your insurance $800/mo. Don't worry you only pay $20."

That assumption is wrong so I can now throw out any argument founded on that assumption.

Weird how doctors say cholesterol is bad but not a PEEP on glyphosate poison which causes cancer and is an endocrine disrupted.

>ghizlane maxwell father
You literally eat up bullshit from the world's largest, Jewish, human trafficker and think they aren't lying to you, because they use big words.

I don't deny science. I deny *bullshit* science. I bet you also think oncology is a super duper important field that isn't a massive money laundering and welfare scheme for medical companies.

Yes

Guys I know this is controversial, and you science deniers won't accept it, but the worlds largest Jewish human trafficker who raped literally thousands of children and sold them to be tortured to death for fun, is 100% truthful and honest in his management of scientific publications.

These retards don't even know Robert Maxwell's role in shaping the modern sham of "peer review."
>50% of psychology papers can't be replicated BTW

>>21757571
He also seems to be under the impression that glyphosate is uncontrolled when there are limits in place in any country worth a damn.

Letting you brown people online was a mistake. Literally denying science and the scientific process if it disagrees with your religious canon of what makes you think you're smart.
>>
>>21757311
Not even saturated fat in general but only specific saturated fatty acids. Grass fed beef as example contains a lot less (cholesterol raising) saturated fatty acids than grain fed.

And lecithin, which eggs contain a lot of, actually help getting rid of cholesterol.

People also forget that soluble fibers do wonders in decreasing cholesterol but that we get way too little in our modern diets.

It's all nuanced, but if you want to inform the dumb majority you need to keep it black and white or they won't get it. So they say, no saturated fats.
>>
>>21757550
In all honesty, this is exactly what people want.
People don't want to change their lifestyle, they want to take some pills and keep doing what they're doing. It's probably also how it's taught to them, just drop pills for every issue people have so they can keep going.
There's no time for a healthy lifestyle in capitalism and it's not as good for the economy either.

Yup also the thing is if people are so afraid of "bad foods" like red meat and eggs they should just eat them for a month or 2 and get bloodwork done.

Eating too many of anything is unhealthy, that's just a bad question. Eggs are generally a good cheap source of protein that lasts a very long time and is quick to cook up. They are incomplete without a tomato pairing, however.

I'm sorry for your TBI anon, i'm glad you can still post here!

Raw egg whites have anti-nutrients. You're better off frying them as that neutralizes the anti-nutrients.

>>21757285
>they are high in cholesterol
You would die without cholesterol. Go ahead tell me that salt is bad, too.

When I eat a lot of eggs I get more boners. Probably from the cholesterol.

You're fucking retarded. What do you think 'too many' means? Haven't you heard 'too much of anything is unhealthy'?

I don't care if it is. You have to eat all of them.
>>
I buy corn tortillas and put them in a pan with oil, stacked with cheese toppings, an egg, and then a lid tortilla. After cooking a bit I flip it. This crusts the tortilla, melts the cheese, and the heat of the cheese cooks the egg.
>>
>>21760093
>the heat of the cheese cooks the egg.
does the yolk stay intact and is it still runny or does the cheese cook it solid?
