Next step is to boil the noodles. We'll cover them once they're done and put them back on to warm them just as the sauce is done. I hope I didn't put too many in but last night the sauce was too saucy and the noodles were not quite noodly enough. We're drinking a lively little mixed drink I call 'wine and tea'. ⅓ Cabernet, soak a family sized green tea bag, and then pour your kettle into that. Let it cook below boiling first so you don't destroy the alcohol. I was full so we had the blackberry turnovers for breakfast. Very tasty, the butter melted and absorbed into the dough, which was nice and crispy. A little salt really brought out the flavor.
