A charcuterie board is my go to meal
>>21758333It’s nice but also weird that they usually rely on processed meat
>>21758333Your smelly bussy is my go to meal. Loads of eating it out, farting in my mouth, and fucking it.
>>21758333What you having /ck/?
>>21758497>put salt of meat>its processed wow, so dangerous
>>21758333graze like cattle, weigh like cattle.
>>21758333>charcuterie>has cheese on it???
>>21758333checked. every meal is a charcuterie board if you think about it.
Okay, I'm in.Meats>Salami, Prosciutto.Cheese>Roqfuert, Brie, Comte.>Olives>Baby Tomatoes>CrackersWhat else?Something tangy like salsa?
>>21760310Maybe green apple slices or some bbq pretzels
>>21760310>Something tangyPickled something or other.
>>21758333Not a fan of the chocolate, even if dark. There should've been more nuts. I also think there's not enough crackers for the meat and cheese, and the sliced apples don't help these numbers. Would at least double the olives or use another type along with the nuts. >>21760310Different olives for color and flavor, an assortment of crackers, an assortment of nuts, honey is really good. Nuts or cheeses that are sweetened in some way could work too if there isn't too much.I think the most important thing is to stick with the "theme" or to make it pretty. All charcuterie food is good, but good charcuterie looks and tastes good together. If you want to stuff like mexican salsa and guac, you easily could. But I wouldn't say those are the best combos for an assortment of cheeses-board. If you wanted baba ganoush, hummus or a bell pepper or olive hummus, or a bell pepper or pepper spread, those fit a mediterranean vibe with pita chips or bread. North african harissa too.If you want to make a more fruity spread, you can do an assortment of fruits and stone fruits and berries with nuts and chocolate and maybe some mint leaves. The other guy's rec for those fun pretzels would be really good. I'd fucking love a board with shit like sun chips or wtv too.
