French fries aren't always uniform in shape, size and texture.Which is your favorite to pull?I like em thin and crispy but I can guarantee we got some fans of long and floppy here.
Crinkle cut because I love ketchup.the waves make it so they can hold even more ketchup.
I do this thing sometimes while making fries - I start trying to half and bruise them 3-4 mins before they are ready, it makes em crispier.
I like steak fries the best.

I like all shapes and kinds of fried potatoes from crisp and long to limp and short. The only fried potatoes I don't like are ones cooked in old dirty oil. They have a very particular foul taste and odor.
