Steak and Prawns
>>21760768How about I steal my prawn into your bhole, boy? I'ma love you real nice while you squeal.
And a whole lot more. Roasted Brussels Sprouts with bacon, glazed carrots, steak salad, some kind of pasta dish I'll be finishing tomorrow.
I've got some chicken breasts seasoned for tomorrow too.
I'm going to start the sprouts first. While the bacon is going I will prep them up.
Note: Bacon contains its own fat so you don't oil the pan. There was some confusion about this in a previous thread.
Remove any discolored, damaged, or just limp leaves you don't like the look of, cut off the root end, and split up the middle.
Brussels sprouts are very small cabbages.
Bacon is almost there.
I've removed the bacon from the grease. It will all be reunited later.
I'm not cooking them in the pan, but I want to coat them and the oil will solidify when it touches the cold sprouts. After a little tossing they're going on a sheet pan in the oven.
So they're greased up and salted and peppered. Into the convection at 375f for about 25 minutes or so. Keep an eye on them.
Now for the main event.
Now they rest.
Olive oil and onion.
I have to use these up soon too.
Butter
Surf and Turf.
Has anyone tried this product? Is it any good or should I make it from scratch? And like a lot of Indian cuisine, is it dependent on a deep catalogue of exotic spices? Because I don't have a whole lot more than an average spice rack.
I don't know why I bought so many of these. I never eat them. They're good another 4 years though. Probably be fine for ten.
These seem interesting.
These are done now.
Greek Steak Salad
Into the oven at 400f
I wish I had some BMW keys to display in the foggy mist I have going on here.lol
Cool water
The crisp bacon back in with the sprouts which have cooled.
>>21760857Holy shit that steak is fucking RAW, look at that completely intact string of fat and gristle.
>>21760923Yes, look at it. That's no reason to overcook the entire steak. Also, it's *rare*, not raw. You know better than that.
>>21760885Sprouts look really good
Is this for a party
>>21760958No. Some is for dinner, some is for a client tomorrow. I'll be finishing the carrots and making chicken and pasta and more beef tomorrow.
>>21760947Thank you. All the loose leaves that turn brown are sweet little crunchy chips. I picked them all out and ate them.I might caramelize some onions and then add the bacon and sprouts back in and reduce heavy cream in it, a squeeze of lemon juice. That will be really good.
>>21760864pataks is usually a good thing, only go for their curry pastes and not the simmer sauce, you'll have to get a few more ingredients but its worth it.
>>21760978I haven't had Indian restaurant food in years. I don't remember butter chicken, but I see people going on and on about how great it is. I'm going to get some from my local place first and then compare the jar to it. There can't actually be much butter, if any, in a jarred sauce. Or maybe you add butter. I didn't really read the label yet.
>>21760974>Some is for dinner, some is for a client tomorrow.GFE?
>>21760989?
>>21760843Quick sale meat and wilted tomatoes. You never use fresh ingredients in any of your shitty threads. It's always stuff that should be thrown out. You are worse than the din dins faggot.
>>21760857In no universe does this qualify as surf and turf. Burnt shoe leather steak and frozen shrimp. Pathetic. I wouldn't give this to a homeless person/dog. You are well below average at cooking. It's sad your country has such low standards.
>>21760864Why are Europoors so obsessed with street shitter Indian food?
>>21761275>>21761284Hahaha! Keep it coming. I always enjoy you.
>>21761286Obsessed? I've never had it. Are you even reading the posts? I'm also Ameripoor I guess.
