Hey guys I know this is a long shot but I really want to eat some Plov but I’ve been pescatarian for the last five months. Not for animals rights just a dietary thing. Wondering if any anons could recommend me a fish plov recipe.

Farmed Salmon fillet, the really fatty kind. Only type of Fish I ever succeeded making Pilav with. No spices other than lemon juice, stock, garlic and onions. Salmon does not go too well with the typical Pilav flavouring.

Plovlet here but would pulao or paella be close enough? Seems like there’s a lot of recipes for fish versions of those

Also cute dog
