I care too much about calories and I think I'll never get to eat this again unless I OMAD this, but pasta (spaghetti or mezze maniche) with tomatoes (yellow and red), tomato sauce, mozzarella bufala and basil. It is so warm, comforting, creamy and easy to make if you have the right ingredients. I miss it.
