Target's premade-food section has been improving lately. What do you get from there? Sometimes I impulse-buy a big tub of their potato salad. The "deviled egg" one is pretty good. Avoid the Good & Gather cheeses, though, they're fucking garbage.

Publix has a great potato salad called "Baked Potato" flavor which has stoneground mustard and bacon in it, lots of sour cream tang. Anyway, heard it was going to be cancelled soon...so maybe get it while it lasts.
