It's not hard mode whatsoever to create anything for your mood.That said, Kinder rubs are decent and varied, and I noticed a few innovative flavors in the sauce department last time at the grocery, such as black garlic or peach bourbon, but it's your call to need them. I still think bbq sauce isnt a garnish, but should be glazed and baked onto the meat, and that a good smoked piece of meat may or may not even need more than the rub and smoke flavor.
