Every single one of these sucks compared to its frozen or canned equivalent. I'd rather eat an MRE than a Compleats, because at least I get to pretend I'm a soldier.

Most of them have no canned equivalent which is why it is like it is.
Frozen stuff you can only buy as much of as fits in a freezer. High-pressure pasteurized stuff you can bulk buy at a discount and microwave whenever you fancy a bit of chicken alfredo or whatever.

Compleats is better than the bottom tier frozen meals (Banquet/Marie Callender/Boston Market), but you need endure the high sodium.

The sodium is bad but better than most canned foods actually, and some frozen foods.
Mixing in some peas or corn helps though you need to dump them into an actual bowl after heating first.
