As wagecuck with no time for proper breakfast.
I just make a sandwich the night before and eat it at work.
But now I need to stay over at work, so I need dinner and next day breakfast.
What are some good lunch box tips and ideas?
I don't trust my co-worker or the fridge sanitation so things that can last 24 hours outside fridge preferably.

>no time for proper breakfast
incorrect.
time is not the company's asset.

For lunch today, I padded in some rice mixed with buttered corn, broccoli cooked in salt and chilli flakes, two sliced hardboiled eggs salted and buttered, and a filet of pan seared salmon.
This is kinda how I do most of my lunches. Some rice, a thing of meat, an egg or two, and two veggies. Or a stir fry with all my shit together, and some white rice.
For tomorrow, probably gonna do a chicken thigh cut into pieces stir fried with chives, bean sprouts in soy sauce, and some fried rice.

>all this for lunch
fatty detected also eating curry or anything else that smells like fish at work makes you an annoying faggot

>time is not the company's asset
then why can I be fired for time theft

>all this for lunch
it's mostly soup and vegetables, not like it's a super dense filling high calorie meal.

Bread and cake add a pretty chunky amount but fair point. I'll revise it and say it's fine if you have limited/no breakfast and a reasonable tea.

Insulated lunchbox to avoid the group fridge situation. Mine is made by SakRoots and has a shoulder strap, you can find nice ones from yeti and coleman, etc.
I also pack crackers or bread rolls, and nuke a big can of soup in a vented top mug container for it. The soup needs no fridge from the pull top progresso can...or you can pack it frozen from your freezer (your own leftovers).
And rather than reusable blue ice thingies, I just freeze a couple water bottles. Maybe I drink them later all sloshy and cool, or maybe I take them home and refreeze them to use another day. A frozen water bottle, or two, will keep a tossed salad and drssing, a sub, nearly anything nice for 12+ hours. Your call if it needs to be nuked to be enjoyable, or maybe a nice marinated italian sub or wrap is good for you.

Must be nice having a fridge at work.

This is a day's worth of food.
Unless you're a neet, this "lunch" is technically breakfast, lunch and dinner.
Also you need to share your wife's cooking to aurafarm.

How would this work?

Why?

>>21782127
you can't.
labor laws prevent that bullshit.

or anything else that smells, like fish

I pretty much always bring some sort of pretzels 2-3-4 babybel cheese depending how long the day will be and some sliced summer sausage or good deli meat in a ziplock maybe a handful of grapes too. That and coffee is all you need

I normally just pack some leftovers for lunch but if I don't have any I just make a peanut butter sandwich or two. Maybe some fruit if I got it
