It's not the best but it can still be good. A lot of it depends on what you're eating. Rolls have more components can you'll notice lower quality fish less, but a piece of fresh salmon nigiri that is low quality will be far more noticeable because the fish is much more of the bite.

It's uncooked meat, prepared with rice as soon as it can be. When done the right way, my taste buds explode with dopamine. When done the wrong way; the most I can hope for is a crunchy block of dried up rice wrapped in soggy nori with expired fish.
