My 84 yo grandpa sometimes slaves away in the kitchen for 5+ hours and it smells awesome midway but it always ends up being this dehydrated Resident Evil thing.
It's chicken with rice but they are boiled and then roasted in the oven. The top layer of rice can take your teeth off and there are hidden chicken bones everywhere because he likes to use the the thigh pieces lol
